Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping:

Some items will be delivered quickly within 30-60 minutes, and some items (Perishable) will be delivered within 24 hours. Delivery charges will be charged as per customers’ destination. VegMan is responsible for customers’ items delivery, and all shipments will be delivered by the VegMan riders.

Refund:

In case of unsatisfaction regarding quality of product, you may ask (by send us a message on our WhatsApp Number +92 327 1192934) for a refund of the said item at the time of delivery or maximum by within 30 minutes (in summers “March to November”) and within 60 minutes of delivery (in winters “December to February”). The customer’s amount will be refunded after confirmation of genuine complaint or will be adjusted in your next bill. For frozen items, however, the refund policy only applies till the order is delivered to you, and you accept the order and pay the rider for it. There is no refund on frozen items, pickles, and chutneys if you are not satisfied with the taste of the said as taste preferences may vary for each person. Please note picture of the product received is mandatory to initiate the refund process.

We ensure the highest quality product for our customers, but objections and omissions will be accepted if genuine.

Exchange:

We don’t offer any kind of exchange.

Cancellation:

Orders can not be cancelled after rider leaves the VegMan office but can be rescheduled (Delivery charges will be applied accordingly). In case of habituality of cancellation, no future orders will be entertained.
